Softly now, I find my way,

Words get lost, what do I say?

A secret smile, a quiet glance,

Hoping that you might understand,

Walking by, I catch your eye,

A flicker deep inside me, no lie.

My heart races, words escape,

Dancing on the edge, can't find the shape.

Should I speak, or let it be?

Hold back fears, or set it free?

Every little moment, I wish you'd see,

This quiet hope inside of me.

I like you more than words can say,

But I don't know how to find my way.
