In the Land of the Living

Whispered promises in the night, guiding me home

Hope beyond the shadows, I walk alone

Through the storm and doubt, I stand firm and free

Faint whispers of fear trying to drown me

But Your voice, like a beacon, leads me through

A straight path, Lord, in all I do

False voices cry out, trying to break my soul

But I trust in Your love, make me whole

In the land of the living, I will see

The goodness of the Lord, setting me free

Though my foes surround, I won't despair

Your kindness and mercy lift me in the air

Teach me Your way, Lord, I will follow

Your grace and truth will be my shadow

Do not turn me over, to the enemies’ schemes

I believe in Your power, and I dream

To see Your goodness shining bright and clear

In my life, Lord, I hold You near

In the land of the living, I'm alive and blessed

Trusting in Your favor, I find my rest

You received me when I called, and I believe

In Your mercy, Lord, I will always see
