There’s been a lot on my mind lately

Caught somewhere between depression and anxiety  
Feels like my own head’s been sinking  

Pressure building, I can feel the weight  
Every thought just adds to the pain

One thing I learned on this road I chose

Sometimes I wish I had someone  
Just to lay my head on their shoulder  
But I’ve been thinking everyone’s the same  
And that thought just makes me colder  

They don’t really understand me  
But I don’t know if I care
