Brave at Dawn

Bright and early, out the door, another day begins

Saluting all my hopes and fears, I gear up for the fight within

Sunrise paints the sky, I lace my boots real tight

Mama's kiss goodbye as I step into the night

Two little angels wait, keep my family in my mind

Dream of home and love, that's what keeps me fighting on the line

Long hours in the sun, no time to rest or complain

Living on the edge, risking all, for their future and my name
