Tell me, have you always felt knocked down,
When no one else is around?
Do you feel the world is ending,
A constant loop, forever bending?
Does your mind keep spinning in place,
Like you're running a race you can’t ever erase?
Do you wish you could go back to the start,
Before the weight began to tear you apart?
But everything halts, and you can’t seem to breathe,
As the blame settles in and you start to believe
That it’s all on you, every fault, every flaw,
Every moment you stumble, every line that you draw.
So tell me, how do we stop feeling so overwhelmed, so confused,
When that’s all we’ve ever known, when we’re always bruised?
How do we rise when we’re anchored by thought,
When every step forward feels like we’re caught?
The shadows keep growing, they never stay small,
They echo our fears and amplify it all.
So how do we find peace, how do we recover,
When all that we need is just one small buffer?
I’m searching for answers, for some kind of light,
To carry me forward, to make this feel right.
Tell me, have you ever felt the same way, too?
And if you have, how do you push through?
