Claimed truth and love could be denied.
But though his words brought pain and fear,
Jehovah’s purpose still stands clear.

All forms of rule, by man were tried,
Yet truth and peace, have been denied.
Yet kingdoms fall, their glory fades,
While God’s true rule, forever stays.
