Guess this is goodbye

Hey darling So I guess this is long good bye i loved you from the first time I saw you and I still do now it hurts to say or even think this is goodbye oh all I can think about is the memories the gifts the talks we had and shared with each other but I guess the time we spent together are just memories now I  guess it wasn’t in the cards for me to have you so I’ll stay alone, sad , hurting, confused oh oh always wondering if things stayed the same if I would have been your only one but this is goodbye for now so I guess I’ll move from here I don’t know where I’ll go  but someday I hope to see you smiling  filled with joy oh oh but someday I hope you look back and see  that all I wanted was to love you and only you the happiness we shared each day oh but that happiness has turned into  hurt and pain along with sadness because I wanted all of you to myself call me selfish or whatever I don’t give a dam  I didn’t want anyone to have you but me I guess I was wrong for that  one day I hope this song reaches you or even this poem but I guess this long goodbye oh  for now oh yeahh
