We met by Chance oh yeah and music he shared his thoughts with me yeah that dead alive old man is my new favorite song to sing i can’t say I’ve been to the lands so far away but brother know this man we can write a novel with our memories I was homeless and broken by the age 13 beaten by the world no one can do anything about it but me never got knocked out by any of the men I was brawling and dealing by the time I was ten momma died early but she dealt her own hand two kids by 18 shoot I’ve never been able to die tried three times don’t ask why so what if I don’t play by the government rules and drank myself silly on stools I’m a lefty can’t teach this dumb backwards California hillbilly boy singing the blues yeah I’m different definitely not a bad thing had a good marriage till she met a 24 year old Prince Charming stayed on the couch for the last 10 years drinking and drugging cause I didn’t want to care she died then I couldn’t even interact or say a single word now that shit is fact then I was like what the F and what the f I heard so Mr S you know who you are in my world my man you are the Rock star until then sir respect from afar
