Soft whispers of the past, echoes in the wind

Memories linger, where we used to begin

By the weathered bleachers, where we carved our names

Friday nights brighter, never cared for the fame

Chasing nachos and milkshakes, laughter in the air

Thought nothing could break us, we had not a care

Young and invincible, shooting for the stars

Sneaking out at midnight, dreaming of forever scars

Hold a faded picture, of days gone by

Most days are gone but the memories stay

In the shadows of our youth, where we used to play

Those bleachers standing still, just like before
