Without a vision, people perish, can’t see the light,
Blinded by the darkness, they’re losing the fight.
Let my fleshly desires turn to things above,
Help me, Lord Jesus, be filled with Your love.
Bring them out of darkness into marvelous light,
For in Your presence, everything is made right.
Oh, let me see through the eyes of the Spirit,
Help me hear the cries when nobody hears it.
There are hurting people, looking for peace,
Trying to find hope, trying to be released.
Help me, Jesus, to point them to You,
Show them Your mercy, Your grace breaking through.
They search for answers in all the wrong places,
Lost in the world, with empty embraces.
But You are the answer, the life and the way,
Help me to lead them, help me to pray.
To turn from their sorrow, their doubt, and their fear,
And find in Your presence a love that draws near.
