Wings of the Resilient

Under the velvet night, I find my way

Stars whisper softly, guiding what I say

Though scarred and fallen, my spirit's still bright

Wings singed but strong, ready for the flight

Once I soared so high, above the clouds' embrace

Now I walk through shadows, seeking my place

Cast from grace, yet my heart remains pure

A fallen angel, but my soul endures

Through the dark, I see a dawn that's near

My wings, though singed, still hold no fear

Dreams of heaven call my name, so clear

Though fallen, still an angel here

Though fallen I am still an angel, my wings intact

Rising from the ashes, making my impact

Heaven's calling, I won't turn back

With fire in my heart, I stay on track

Rise, rise from the deep night of despair

Faith will carry me through, I swear

Return to the skies that I long to reappear

A shining light, free from fear

Under the stars, I find my way home

With wings that weathered storms, I no longer roam
