Recuperate!

Somebody once told me that I was unfeeling

I showed no emotion and I didn't care

I'm just good at letting go,

Riding the ebb and flow,

I might never show what is wrong.

With the weight of the world on my shoulders...

You know I must be strong!

When I'm travelling on turbulent seas,

Even when I don't belong,

I'm still laughing in the breeze!

Sometimes hard, sometimes easy,

The World won't see me on my knees!

And in the calm when you think I'm breaking down,

I'm just sailing away (to recuperate)

Mending my heart on the way!

The Mind and the Body's in need of some healing!

I ride on my ocean and try to repair

In the highs and lows,

No matter where it goes,

I try to follow a Plan.

Doin' the best that I can!
