- Begin with empathy: “Beloved, losing a father or mother is one of the deepest pains a human heart can carry. Parents are our first teachers, protectors, and nurturers. When they leave this earth, it feels like a part of us is gone.”
- Transition: “But today, I bring you good news: losing your parents is not the end of your story. You still have God, and He is a Father you will never lose.”
- Psalm 27:10 – “Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me.”
- Isaiah 49:15-16 – “Can a mother forget the baby at her breast…? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands.”
- John 14:18 – “I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.”
👉 These verses remind us that God steps in as our eternal Father when earthly parents are gone.

- Losing parents may shake your heart, but God remains unshaken.

- Psalm 34:18 – “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
- When grief feels unbearable, God’s Spirit becomes your comforter.
- Example: Hannah prayed in her sorrow, and God heard her (1 Samuel 1:10).
---
🌟 Point 3: God Provides Family in His Kingdom
- The church becomes your spiritual family.
- Mark 10:29-30 – Jesus promises that those who lose family for His sake will receive “a hundred times as much in this present age.”
- God surrounds you with brothers, sisters, and spiritual parents in Christ.
---
