Stand up and be seen that's what my sister once said to me ,open your eyes and truly see that the guy I fell in love with is someone who doesn't love me .

It started out good and lasted the test of time then one day it was gone and I was left feeling ashamed like a butterfly in the storm being drowned in heavy rain blind to the clouds rolling in

And the dark days that was to come .

Stand up and be seen that's what my sister once said to me and that's the advice I would give to any girls that comes after me .

It started with no hello or a good night kiss

Then you stopped telling me you loved me

And it carried on like this , you started to yell and

lash out a black eye if I spoke up or wore the wrong dress I should have walked out back then.
