Ayy, I was down bad — He lifted me.

Now I’m walking in purpose, victory.

Fighting battles in the dark, tryna make it right.

drowning in my shame, couldn’t sleep at night,

blood washed me clean — now I shine so bright.

He took my pain, turned it into praise,

Took my lost ways, gave me brand new days.

I was blind to the truth, caught up in a maze,

Now I move by the Spirit, can’t stay in them chains.

Yeah, they said I’d never make it,

But the grace too strong, I can’t fake it.

Devil try to block — I’ma break it,

Got the Word in my soul, I’ma take it (let’s go!).

Blood on me, now I’m not the same (no way).

Jesus pulled me from the fire and the flame,

Now I’m living bold in His holy name.

He’s the source of everything I need.

Took my pain, now I plant new seed,

I was bound, now I’m finally freed!

Devil knock once — I’ma close that door.

Got peace that the world can’t take no more,

And joy that the pain can’t break no more.

Used to chase money, now I chase truth,

Used to seek hype, now I seek proof.

Spirit in my bars, that’s living proof,

He turned my “why me?” to “thank You.”

I’m walking with the King — no counterfeit,

Favor too strong, yeah, I’m proud of it.

I ain’t who I was, I’m out of it,

Now I’m Heaven-bound — that’s the route I pick.
