THE THREE KEYS
by Robert Ramage
Intro
Three keys in my pocket,
three truths I carry through the dark—
mind, body, and soul
waiting to turn all at once.
Verse 1
The mind is the quiet keeper,
holding the questions of the night.
It learns to steady the thunder,
and guide me back toward the light.
It’s the wisdom I rise with,
the compass that leads me home.
Verse 2
The body is the bridge I walk on,
scarred but still moving strong.
It feels every trial I’ve lived through,
beats steady like an ancient song.
It’s the shelter in the storm wind,
the place my courage lives.
Verse 3
The soul is the whisper of heaven,
a spark that refuses to fade.
It calls me out of the shadows,
where all my fears were made.
It’s the fire inside the ashes,
the truth beneath it all.
Verse 4
And when the keys turn together,
the lock doesn’t stand a chance.
The door swings wide like morning,
inviting my heart to dance.
And what opens up before me
is the treasure only the heart can know—
peace, clarity, openness,
a quiet, steady heart of gold.
Chorus
Mind, body, and soul—
three keys unlocking one truth.
Unity rising inside me,
a peace that carries me through.
Love is the doorway waiting,
when all my pieces align.
Mind, body, and soul—
the three keys standing divine.
Bridge
No more running from the shadows,
no more fighting with the night.
When all three keys come together,
even darkness turns to light.
Outro
So I hold these keys with purpose,
and I walk through the door made whole—
mind, body, and soul in harmony,
leading me where only love can go.
