The pain never goes away

I feel awful and don’t know why my belly is giving me so many problems but I wish I could find a solution to fix it make it go away why do I have to hurt like this? The pain the feeling of being sick is horrible. Having to work and can’t sleep is even harder . I just keep praying hoping god hears my prayers and heal me from all this pain. The dr visits back and forth is getting expensive and exhausting when nothing seems to work. I’m trying to fight through the pain but it’s overwhelming.
