Nyx's Embrace

Night has fallen, the darkness surrounds

The drum beats get loud

Dancing under the moonlit sky,

She has arrived, i take a bow

Nyx, goddess of the dark, keeper of the night

Guiding the stars with gentle might

Veiled in silk, her secrets deep, ancient and wise

In her arms, the universe softly lies

Cradled in midnight's gentle embrace

Her mystery shadows the space

Calling out to dreamers lost

In her darkness, they are tossed

Nyx, queen of shadows, sky’s silent nurse

Enveloping the world in a peaceful hush

Night’s guardian, endless and vast

In her arms, the dawn is cast

Stars whisper her name in gleaming trails

Her silent song through midnight sails

Hiding the fears, embracing the calm

In her darkness, we find our balm

So when the night falls soft and deep

Remember, in her watch, we sleep

Nyx, goddess of the endless night
